- Is the car actually switched off?
- Have you followed all the steps correctly? If in doubt, go through all the steps again.

Is the charging cable inserted deep enough into the socket, both in the car and in the charging station?
Note: Sometimes the charging cable clicks into place without being fully inserted.
Unlock the charging cable again and make sure to push it completely into the car. -
Have you activated the charging session with the charging card

If you still cannot get the car to charge, contact the call center.
You can check on the dashboard and/or the charging station whether the car is charging correctly: a message will appear on the dashboard indicating that the car is charging, and the charging station should light up blue. Be sure to check this before locking the car.
Is the charging station defective? Then contact the charging station operator. They can often reset the station remotely, after which charging usually works again.
