What is the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal means you can cancel your purchase and get a full refund.

Changed your mind or having second thoughts about your purchase? You have the right to cancel a purchase with cambio within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, provided you have not yet used your purchase. The withdrawal period begins on the day of purchase.

What does the right of withdrawal apply to?

At cambio, you can withdraw from three types of purchases:

1 Registration fee

Did you recently sign up for cambio and want to cancel your account after all? Or do you want to cancel a partner’s registration?

Condition: You can cancel your registration as long as you have not incurred any costs yet (such as a completed trip or a cancellation fee).

Result: Once your request has been processed, your registration will be cancelled, and the paid registration fee will be fully refunded.

2 Cambio credits

Did you purchase cambio credits to increase your usage limit, but realized you don't need them after all?

Condition: You can cancel the purchased cambio credits within 14 days, as long as you have not used any part of this specific credit.

Result: The purchased amount will be completely cancelled and refunded on your next monthly invoice.

Tip: You can also simply keep your cambio credits. They are automatically carried over to the following month(s) and used to pay for your trips.

3 Safety Pack

Did you activate a Safety Pack to lower your deductible in case of damage, but decided you don't want this extra protection after all?

Condition: You can cancel the Safety Pack within 14 days of activation, provided you have not made any trips covered by this Safety Pack during that period.

Result: The Safety Pack amount will be refunded, and the extra coverage will be discontinued.
