Access the bikes via the subway entrance called " Parking vélo de Brouckère " located at Boulevard Adolphe Max 1b, 1000 Brussels, right next to Passage du Nord. Take the escalator down, and the bike room will be right in front of you. The blue safe containing the access badge for the bike room and the key for the bike lock will be on the fence, to the right of the entrance to the bicycle storage, next to the STIB information terminal.
1) Open the safe using your cambio card or app. Retrieve the keychain containing the bike lock key and the bike room badge. 2) Access the bike room with the badge you just retrieved from the safe. 3) Unlock the bike's anti-theft chain with the key you just retrieved from the safe. 4) Take the anti-theft chain with you in the bike's tray for on-the-road use. 5) Disconnect the charging cable from the top battery. You don't have to do anything else; you can simply let the cable hang out from the designated opening. After your reservation, 1) Park the bike in its designated spot by lowering its bike stands. 2) Secure it with the anti-theft chain in the notch of the charging station (metallic box). 3) Reconnect the charging cable (extending from the metallic box through the designated opening) to the top battery to allow the bike to recharge. 4) Open the safe using your cambio card or app. 5) Place the keys in one of the designated slots. 6) Close the safe door; it will automatically lock.
