From 1 March, we will be adjusting our rates. We are indexing our prices per kilometre so that we can continue to offer a high-quality service and further develop our services. This will enable us to continue playing an important role, together with you, in the transition to a more sustainable mobility and in creating a more pleasant living environment.
We are also taking this opportunity to update our terms and conditions.

Many costs (vehicles, services, salaries) continue to rise. We are therefore adjusting our rates as of the 1st of March. In order to limit the impact on your bill, the increase in our basic offer (price category S) is capped at + 1 cent per kilometre.
For longer journeys and higher vehicle categories, the price per kilometre will increase by +2 pence per kilometre or more, depending on the subscription formula and/or vehicle category. See the new price list for full details.
Hourly rates remain unchanged, as do our subscription prices and registration fees.
Adjustment of the General terms and Conditions
We have adjusted our general terms and conditions on a number of points and clarified certain passages. This is mainly to reflect the transition to “app only” and the rules surrounding the increasing importance of electric vehicles in our general terms and conditions. The most important changes and additions can be found under 9.2., 10.5, 11.3 and 13.1.
Finally, our privacy policy (referred to in the general terms and conditions) has also been updated to a limited extent.
